How do you unlock cars and people on Mariokart Wii if you already have gold medals on everything?

On my Wii, I already have a gold medal on Mariokart for every single thing. But I still have like 2 people to unlock and 3 cars or something, any help?

You must do time races and beat these certain times. you have to unlock expert ghost by getting below a certain time. here’s a web site to see what the time is

you have to beat a expert ghost time by 7seconds, for each ghost you race.and to collect a character if your missing dry bowser you must have beaten all 150cc race with a star rank. to get the character rosalina from mario galaxy you must have a saved profile of mario galaxy and win 150 wifi races
