How do you unlock Baby Daisy in Mario Kart wii?

I REALLY wanna unlock baby daisy in mario kart for wii, but what the websites tell u is confusing. Tell me exactly what to do plz!
EX: Race in all of the races and get 1st in all. (idk i am just using an example) THANX!

    go to your local book store, and buy a book. Then take it under a tree with a glass of iced tea, then you can unlock “baby daisy”!!!!!

    Earn at least a 1 star rank in all 50cc Wii Grand Prix cups
    That means a rank of 1 star on each 50cc Wii (new tracks) Grand prix

    You have to get at least a 1 Star ranking on all the 50cc cups in Mario Kart Wii, BOTH RETRO AND NEW. This means that you have to do very well in every track and master it.
