how do i get my mario kart wii to unlock baby luigi?

umm well i have been trying to unlock baby luigi on mario kart wii but even though i do 8 ghost staffs experts it won’t let me unlock baby luigi.

    You have to do the circuits. If I remember correctly you unlock king boo first, then Daisy, then I think it’s baby luigi. But you have to do the circuits.

    Instructions:
    Click on solo —> circuit —> choose circuit —> win win win! Like you’ve never win-ned before! Then you should unlock him.

    Win 8 expert staff ghosts in time trials mode, or win 3,150 races.

    Go to http://board.gscentral.org/showthread.php?t=25362

    Now, check to see that you really do have all 8 expert staff ghosts. Once you have, press “B” all the way to the “license select” screen or just restart by pressing the home button and then pressing “Reset”. Next time you select your license and go play on it, Baby Luigi should be unlocked (it should tell you at the beginning).
