How can i create my own wii homebrew channel games?

I just got the wii homebrew channel and i was wondering how people make the games. I know how to program with python C# and basic . So yea… is there like a game engine i can use?

    well to make a wii channel, also known as a wad, you could use a computer application called WaDder 1.2
    you can use this to make emulator, media, game, or any other kinds of channels. after you make your wii channel, you would then put it in a file named WAD on the root of the SD card and then use Wad manager 1.4
