Can someone tell me how to unlock grimmjow and ullriqura in Bleach for the Wii?

I have a japanese Wii consol and I would like to have a guide on how to Unlock characters for Bleach on the wii but I can’t read japanese so can someone translate for me?

    srry cant translate for u im filipino not japanese
    but here is how to unlock those characters

    to get Ulquiorra:
    Successfully complete Arcade mode with Ichimaru Gin to unlock Ulquiorra

    to get Grimmjow Jaggerjack
    Successfully complete Arcade mode with Aizen Sousuke to unlock Grimmjow Jaggerjack.
